A quick note on the awesomeness of the internet

So, for the last few months I’ve been noticing a trend, and it is very awesome. Writers, friends, bloggers, etc have all been in tight spots for various reasons, usually dealing with the crappiness of the economy. Most have been really scary (hearing about one who might run out of money for food and no work, etc) and some have just sucked (your truly’s domain dying before he had the $$$ to renew it…).  But what has happened each time is that people have stepped up to help, every single time. This is amazing. This is awesome.

And it proves that humanity it nowhere near as dire and selfish as some people like to propegate. It also shows how awesome the internet is. It really is a great place, bringing people together and helping people out.  Good job internet, you’re helping the world become a better place each day.
