Vote Vote Vote

Or not. That’s the thing, I respect people’s rights not to vote (unlike some), simply because not voting *is* voting. It’s a message, a different sort. It’s basically the same idea as passive resistance. But don’t decide to not vote out of laziness, which is an entirely different matter.
I did vote, myself. And was excited to do it for the first time since I don’t know when. Now I’m going to hold my breath and hope the universe doesn’t explode.

  1. bernard says:

56% of americans vote, while the rest… so basically half of us realize the entire thing is a sham? Sarah Palin flew back to Alaska so she could vote for herself, then turned right around to fly to Arizona to be with Johnny, why so wasteful, why don’t the candidates engage in the early voting? we know they are going to vote for themselves obviously. pfff. i hope the universe does explode cause you probably voted for sid haig.
