But really, I don’t see why people are STILL talking about her. Why do we care? She’s running for VP. She’s a background figure. The whole point of her being put on the ticket was for this very reason- to get people to ignore what is really important, and to take the spotlight off of Obama in the media. He’s not running against Palin, so she should be a no contest. Yes, she’s evil, crazy, psychotic, and for some reason the Republican Party thinks she’s a threat because she’s a pretty girl with a gun. But just because that concept scares the land of old white guys, it doesn’t mean that it will make Obama supports even flinch.
The charisma, the looks, that’s only a small slice of what makes Obama so compelling. Palin doesn’t really have the charisma (I don’t care how often the GOP try to tell us that she does- saying something over and over again doesn’t make it true. It just makes it annoying).
Oh well. End rant.

Side rant. Dear Daily Show- wtf is up with your coverage of the RNC? Most specifically, that whole Restoring Honor and Dignity crap. If it was meant to be sarcastic, you’re doing it wrong.
